Pattern Energy Group is one of Canada’s leading renewable independent power producers and is an affiliate of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Founded in 2010, the company owns and operates the largest wind energy project portfolio in Canada, and is currently in construction on the 150MW Lanfine project in Oyen, Alberta. In 2019, the company commissioned one of the largest wind energy projects in Canada, a 300MW project owned in 50/50 partnership with Henvey Inlet First Nation.
