Vinland Offshore Services (VOSL) is a subsidiary of parent company, Harbour Grace Shrimp Company, which began in the 1940s. VOSL was established to develop and coordinate the transfer of technology developed at locations around the world. Owners are HSC, Knut Trellevik and Terje Gilje. VOSL will assist in developing projects involved in fisheries, aquaculture, minerals offshore, shipping and oil & gas. Corporate office is in Harbour Grace with affiliated offices in Halifax, Montreal and Toronto.
